In order to make your stay a pleasant experience for you and other guests, please follow these GENERAL RULES and guidelines:

NO GLASS OR BREAKABLES ARE PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY   Glass inside units only

  • NO PETS are allowed on Quarterdeck Grounds,  this includes parking lot, pool and or common areas. 

  • NO GRILLS (charcoal or gas) on property.   NO OPEN FLAMES or FIREWORKS 

  • NO SMOKING IN THE UNITS.  Any violation will result in a $250 non-compliance charge. Smoking is allowed on patios, porches, and in the designated area on the pool deck.  If you step outside to smoke, close your condo door completely! 

  • Dumpster is located at the end of the parking lot.   DO NOT PLACE ANY ITEMS, BAGS, OR BOXES ON THE GROUND. No children allowed in dumpster area.

HOUSE KEEPING AND LINENS: 

A welcome package of bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, kitchen towel & dish cloth, sponge & oven mitts, kitchen garbage bags, small trash bags, recycle bag, toilet tissue and paper towels are provided. Guests are responsible to resupply as needed.

Provided linens are to be used for the duration of your stay.  We do not offer linen or maid service.  We have a laundry room in the office area.  Professional cleaning during your stay is available for a charge to be determined by the Cleaning Company.

  • Laundry Machines (debit & credit card only) from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. 

  • Coin operated vending machines for detergent, fabric softener & sheets or provide your own.  A change machine is available in the lobby. 

  • Laundry door is operated on an automatic time lock.  No re-entry after 8 PM.  

  • Do not hang towels or clothing over condo railings.  Use drying rack provided.

  • EXCESS SAND in the condo will result in a cleaning charge.  A broom and vacuum cleaner are provided.

  • Clean up spills on counters, floors, cabinets, stove and refrigerator.  Clean up spills inside oven.

  • Bronzer or self-tanning lotion will leave stains on the furniture.  Condos are inspected upon your departure.  Stains on furniture, carpet, rugs, or bedspreads will result in a cleaning charge.

  • DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE.  If you must move something, return it to its original position.

  • We reserve the right to charge for excess cleaning.

  • Please remember that all our condos are privately owned and offered for rent by the owner.  Please treat your condo as you would like others to treat your home. 

Please leave your condo like you found it upon arrival.
